Our website address is https://thewrap.co.nz. We operate The Wrap, a Turkish kebab restaurant at 120 Grey Street, Gisborne, New Zealand.
What information we collect
When you order, we collect your name, phone number, email address, pickup date and time, order contents and any instructions you provide. If you create an account, we also keep account and order history, points balances and reward coupon records. Payments are handled by WooPayments and its payment processing partners. Full card numbers and security codes are not stored on our website. If you choose to save a payment method, our site keeps a secure payment reference and limited card information, such as the card brand and last digits, so you can recognise it and use it again.
How we use your information
We use this information to prepare and fulfil orders, contact you about your order, operate your account and rewards, provide support, protect the site against fraud and misuse, and meet accounting and other legal obligations. Relevant information is processed by service providers that support hosting, payments, email, security, backups and site analytics; these providers may process information outside New Zealand. Rewards membership does not by itself subscribe you to unrelated marketing emails. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies and similar technologies support your cart, login, checkout, saved preferences and site security. Analytics tools help us understand site usage. We retain order records for accounting and tax requirements. Account, points and coupon records are retained to operate the rewards programme, honour redemption periods and resolve queries.
