By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Orders

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by The Wrap.

Pricing

All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable.

Menu prices may be updated for future orders due to changes in costs, inflation or other reasonable business reasons. The applicable price will be displayed before the customer submits the order. Price increases will not be applied retrospectively to orders already accepted by The Wrap.

Payment

Payment is processed securely at the time of placing your order.

Order Collection

Customers are responsible for collecting their order at the selected pickup time from our store.

Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before food preparation begins.

Refunds

As all food is freshly prepared to order, refunds are only provided where required under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act or where an error has occurred with your order.

Allergies

While we take care in preparing food, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens. Customers with food allergies should contact us before ordering.

Limitation of Liability

The Wrap is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
