All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable.

Payment

Order Collection

Customers are responsible for collecting their order at the selected pickup time from our store.

Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before food preparation begins.

Refunds

As all food is freshly prepared to order, refunds are only provided where required under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act or where an error has occurred with your order.

Allergies

While we take care in preparing food, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens. Customers with food allergies should contact us before ordering.

Limitation of Liability

The Wrap is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
